The staff was very friendly and accommodating taking careof my issues. Front desk girls were very personable and attentive. The office Manager did an outstanding job of making sure I was happy with my undercoating job, he even crawled under my truck to make sure the application covered what was su...pposed to be covered. This was the first time buying a car online.Lenz Truck made the process seamless. The car was in the condition as promised. No surprises. They sent the car immediately after getting the funds the car was in our home within 24 hours of the transaction. We live over 800 miles from the dealership! Wou...ld strongly recommend them.
