Richard and Dave made our first Dealer experience quick and painless. The entire staff at Lenz Auto was courteous and friendly. I would definitely buy from Lenz again!

Zach Vander Grinten was very professional and flexible assiting us in the purchase of a vehicle. The financing was quickly and accurately accomplished to our specifications. All of the staff were courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to purchase our truck from Lenz Truck Center.

I worked with Paul on this purchase. He was great to work with. We kept the line of communication open. I first started on this purchase in February. Do to my job, I wasn't able to actually get the vehicle till April. He made sure to save the vehicle for me, with my down payment. When I was able to ...go to the dealership, everything was smooth as possible. He walked me through the steps and it was wonderful. I would shop here again. Show more

Lenzs has a huge selection of trucks, this was very helpful as I was still undecided on the options I thought were "must haves". Driving different years/engines back to back really made my decision making easier.

This is the third time I have purchased or traded in a vehicle at Lentz. All of my experiences with the entire staff have been fantastic. From the great selection to the "no hassle" trade in (not to mention very competitive pricing) makes Lentz worth the trip from Upper Michigan.

Marty was great and answered all my questions, everyone there seemed very laid back, no high pressure, I liked that. Great selection of vehicles, low miles, good condition, and good prices, I checked around for months. Would recommend to check them out.

The facility was clean and user friendly. Staff was courteous, persona and low pressure. Found dealer on Cars.com website. Contacted dealer via webmail. Response was immediate and appointment to review vehicle was set within an hour. Sticker prices are firm so there was no negotiation on price.
