website was easy to use and Zach was helpful going thru with the sale the down side: repair to speedometer was completed but touch up to nicks on door was not done until I pointed it out again at signing, also vehicle was not washed (just being picky) but still an expectation when buying a vehicle f...rom a dealer. From presale to the trade-in to the sale, Zach was enthusiastic, supportive and very professional. At no point of the entire transaction did Zach fail to make both my wife and I feel like we were the important people there. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to get us into the vehicle we... wanted to buy, staying and working after close of business. The entire Lenz team gave up time with their families so we could leave with our vehicle the same day. In and out in under 2 hrs with my "new" truck. Zach even attached the new plates for us. Well worth the drive from Appleton to Fond du Lac. I know where I will be buying my next truck. Show more

Easy shopping experience. Huge inventory. Picked a few vehicles on-line and they had them all lined up for me to test drive. Just pick the best one and drive away.

I worked with Richard and he was terrific. I made an appointmentat for a test drive and when I got there the truck was ready. After the test drive, when I told him I wanted to think about it I never got any sort of hard sell. We finalized the price over the phone and I picked up the truck a few d...ays later. I spent less than an hour at the dealership total. It was a totally painless process, which you can't say about most car purchases. Great customer service, good prices and a huge selection. I would purchase from Richard again. Show more

I worked with Jake and he did an excellent job of showing me the types of vehicles that I asked to see. He took the time in explaining the different features and helped make sure that the tow ratings I was looking for would be met. He did all this w/out making me feel pressured into a decision. I ...also worked with Chad in the Service Dept and that was also a great experience.... I think he was more excited about my truck than I was!!!! Overall great experience buying a vehicle. Show more

I asked to see trucks with certain features and he showed me many with just what I wanted to see. He made it very easy to look and talk it over without hassling me and made it a very enjoyable experience!

We saw a truck that my wife and I liked on the Lenz Truck web site. We live three hours away so we called and spoke with Steve Svendsen and made an appointment with him for later that day. We brought our trade in and were given a very fair price for it. We ended up driving home our 2015 Ford F-150 a... short time later.
