I got what I was looking for with skip, awesome customer service great help, found what I was looking for in a vehicle, and he was easy to work with easy to talk to about the truck I would recommend coming back again to buy another vehicle

It was really nice to have a variety of vehicles on hand to test drive . The only complaint was the guaranteed value was not so guaranteed, but was handled very professionally. My experience was very good and I would definitely consider buying from them on my next purchase.

My husband and I dealt with Mike on this visit. We were in the market for a 4wd vehicle, as my husband was just transferred back to Wisconsin in the U.S. Coast Guard for work in the military. We spotted a 2010 Toyota Tacoma online, and were able to set up a test drive for the next day. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our purchase from Lenz Trucks. Great deal and greater customer service. Our salesman Jake was both helpful and respectful. Our overall experience was wonderful and we will definitely purchase from Lenz Truck Center again.

After several trips up to Lenz looking at the large selection of trucks I found one , test drove it and although the numbers didn't work for me with my trade which I'm glad looking back , after a bunch of back and forth emails with Marty Krepsky who always got back to me very quickly with a respon...se I did go back again and this time I did find a truck I think is perfect for me . Drove up with my trade , made a deal and was off in my new truck within a couple hrs . Marty was great guy to deal with not that kind of salesperson who has to go on your test drive and tell you how the radio works lol . in the long run when car shopping isn't fun Marty did make it an easy ordeal ! Our salesman Paul P was very responsive, answering questions via phone and doing some research for us before we took the drive up to ensure we were not wasting out time. Further - they knocked .10% off the very competitive rate we were pre approved for ...with our credit union No pressure, no haggle sales and finance transactions. Show more

With the Christmas and New Years holidays looming, i needed to buy a truck. I knew my schedule my not allow me to fly over and get the truck very quickly. The weather got lousy and time dragged on. My tiny deposit held the truck until I could get over and pick it up. When i finally arrived, the t...ruck was inside and warm.. and just as advertised!
