When I first inquired about the 2017 Jeep Compass, Mike Buhler called me within the hour to set something up. During the phone call, he had a really upbeat attitude and was very helpful, and wanted to set up something as soon as possible. He is very flexible with times when I came to see the car, he... was honest about everything and let us take it for a drive and gave us time to really think about the car. He was very nice to talk to and was very respectful and helpful. He guided us through the process and was helpful. Mike and Lenz as a whole has impressed me so much because other car dealerships do not provide as much of an inviting environment as Lenz does. Mike went above and beyond and he makes sure the vehicles are safe when purchased and clean as well! He really made a great impression on me and overall, he is a caring individual and great with people! I am so happy to have purchased this Jeep and I feel confident in knowing that I am safe and that I can call or text Mike with any concerns I may have. I will be recommending Lenz to others. I worked with Josh and Nick recently on some repair issues that were needed on my 2013 GMC Denali. Josh was on top of everything that came up with phone calls and keeping me informed on what was needed to complete the service they were providing. Nick has helped me in the last few months as well wit...h phone conversations when I was hundreds of miles away and issues came up. Best dealership I have ever worked with. Drove 4 hours and was in and out within 45 minutes. Charlotte was easy to deal with and had everything ready we arrived at the dealership. Never felt pressured to buy vehicle or any other products from them. They even got me a lower interest rate on finan...cing then I was able to get with my local bank. Paul Parent provided an awesome buying experience from start to finish! Our communication prior to my visit to the dealership enabled me to show up to a line of vehicles prepared for test driving. He offered knowledge and expertise on each make and model without being overwhelming or pushy in any wa...y. He demonstrated sound relationships with his colleagues in Finance, Detailing, and Service which allowed the vehicle delivery to be smooth and seamless. Lenz does more then sell vehicles. Mike Buhler was honest and respectful. Showed me the car fax without me asking. Even told me my car had been in a minor accident. Which the previous dealership failed to mention, even though they used car fax on my trade in. Mike made me feel good about my purchas...e. No feelings of remorse. I knew exactly what I was getting from Lenz. I will buy from Lenz again and If Mike's still in business I'll seek him out first! Show more

Corey did a great job! He was very friendly, didn’t pressure us and we were most pleased that the dealer’s lot was not full of salesmen walking around and bothering us as we looked at vehicles to get a better feel for what the dealership had in stock. I had an appointment with Corey and when WE ...were ready to talk, we had his personal cell phone to touch base and talk about vehicles and test drive those we wanted to drive. Again, he let us drive the vehicle without any pressure, answered all of our questions and we bought the same day. From the moment we got on your lot until the time we drive away with our new vehicle, it was an outstanding experience and would highly recommend people shop at Lenz Truck Center. One of your competitors has yet to return multiple phone calls, including one where the salesperson didn’t know if a certain vehicle was on the lit, though their website and cars.com showed five of that model. They were going to see if they were available and he’d call back. Three days later and no phone call, but if they ever do call, I’ll be more than happy to tell them we bought from Lenz Truck Center!
