We had the best experience at Lenz Truck today. My husband and I picked out online a few trucks to look at, made a choice and left the dealership with our new (to us) truck in a little over 2 hours. They are not like other dealerships all up sell orientated. They just want to help you find what ...you want in your budget. We will be back! And a shout out to Dylan who had everything ready for us when we pulled in. What service! Great people. Show more

Sales Manager, Charlotte Pegram's sunny personality on an extremely rainy day was enjoyable to work with as we test drove trucks. She answered many of our questions and sought out other parts department personnel to get the correct answers if she wasn't 100% sure of the answer. Charlotte also made... sure we had an owners manual and second key fob the next day. All the employees we dealt with from the reception desk, sales, finance and parts departments were very friendly and made our purchase an easy process. As an out of state buyer a lot of trust is a necessary part of the deal. Working with Mike was an initially high level of trust and confidence that when I got there, all would be as expected. Having finished the transaction, it did go as expected. For that, I am grateful!

Probably the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had in my 61 years and probably over 30 vehicles purchased. Do to the chip shortage, I could not find a White Diesel Ford F-250 Lariat, Long Bed Crew Cab in New Jersey…yes I was specific. After making a mistake and purchasing a much small...er Titan fully loaded locally only to find out that it was not suitable for my needs, I started searching the internet and ended up purchasing the New truck in Wisconsin. It was well worth the drive! Charlotte P. was such a pleasure to deal with and made the complete deal over email, went over and above to accommodate my situation and was super great in the pricing, the trade and honoring the deal they promised me. Some people think I was crazy to drive to Fond du lac, Wisconsin to pick up a pickup, but I am still so happy with my purchase and probably the first time I did not have buyer’s remorse! This is a fantastic dealership and they do what they say they are going to and I have recommended them to many people already. They have a huge inventory of premium trucks and Jeep’s and the vehicles might be slightly used but are premium! Keep up the good work and I hope to see Charlotte again! Show more

I own a plumbing service business. We go through a lot of trucks! I’ve probably bought 30 vehicles in the last 10 years in and around my home area in IL. This purchase was 10x better then I thought a good buying experience could be. Good enough that I’ll be driving the 3hrs to Lenz to see Paul a...nd Brandon every time I need another vehicle. They really are the best of the best. In and out in 15min. None of the 5 hr car buying time wasting experiences like other dealers. Thank you!!! Show more
