Richard tried many trucks until he was able to find the one that I wanted. I was very specific as to what I was looking for and Richard was persistent and determined to find the right one. One thing that I would have liked, however, was to have been told about the possible illegal tint on the wind...ows and the back window defrost not working before I came up to sign the papers. (Phone call?) Also, I would have liked to have been updated more frequently on the search for the title. Show more

Came to Fond du Lac with no intention of buying a vehicle. 6 hours later and after driving numerous trucks, I drove home with a new truck! I haven't purchased a vehicle since 1998 (yes, 1998) and I was completely surprised at how easy this was. Steve was a phenomenal sales man. No pressure, just let... us do our thing. And Dave the money man was completely professional. When I had actually narrowed my choice down I asked Steve if it was possible to take the vehicle right now and he said, "give me 20 minutes and it's yours!" This is the way to do business. If you're looking for a large selection of vehicles and a group of people willing to make this easy and pleasant, come to Lenz truck! I'm actually coming back for a SECOND vehicle! Show more

Richard Reed was great to work with. I had a buddy of mine with and he was very respectful to both of us. The finance guy was good to work with. Everything went pretty quick which was great. Before I left the dealership with my new truck I wanted to get the Bluetooth working. Richard and a serv...ice guy came out and made sure I was all set before leaving... good service. The next day I contacted Richard and informed him that I left one of my favorite music CDs in my old truck's player. I was really hoping to get it back. I got the CD in the mail a few days later. It's the little things that can make a big difference. Great customer service. I have recommended Lenz to others, and will continue. Show more

We purchased a 2011 F-150, crew cab. It was a very seamless process and we were very happy. Car shopping is always stressful, but Lenz made our experience great. We were given what we needed for trade in, and a great price on our truck. As a bonus, we requested to have remote start installed at th...e last minute and the service center was able to pull through and have it done before we picked up the truck! That was exceptional service. We will definitely be back. Jake was great to work with, and Jim in the service center was awesome. Show more

Marty was very helpful in getting the deal done. Everything was ready when I got there the truck was clean and they even changed out the rims which were a little corroded that they didn't like.

Steve and Dave helped me purchase our 'new' 2012 Chevy Silverado and made the transaction simple and quick. I was out the door with the truck in under an hour and on my way back home to Memphis. The truck is exactly what we were looking for and we are very pleased all around.
