We had a great experience! Brad assured us on our first contact he'd be able to help us and he did...as did Bill with sales and Sam with financing. Everyone is knowledgeable and efficient. Quick process. Soft sale but extended warranties are pushed only time will tell if that was necessary.

Drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a couple of trucks we saw online. I had called our salesman, Jake Roberts, and set an appointment. Jake followed up a few days later to confirm. When we got there, Jake was busy and made sure someone got the first truck for us to drive while he finished up. We bought a b...eautiful F250 and are very pleased with it so far. I will say that the price was OK and fair and in line with several other trucks we looked elsewhere. Jake was friendly and helpful. Financing was a breeze with less than normal pressure to buy extras. Having spent over 20 years as a car deSlership sales manager I know the process and thus was pretty smooth and very professional. I would recommend lentz to anyone. Huge selection of trucks, and they are all very clean! Only thing is I wish they would have been Willing to work on the price a little or at least would have made me a spare key. My truck only came with one, and now I have to spend $270 for a key on top of the surp...rise $400 in extra fees I was not told about. Otherwise its a great place, with a helpful staff that is truthful and honest when it came to discribing the truck and sending me pictures. Show more

Just drove home in a 2009 wrangler this afternoon from Lenz auto. Started looking on Monday and drove home Saturday. Worked with Richard and Dave and they made us feel comfortable in every aspect. Didn't have the worlds best credit and they where able to get us a loan we where comfortable with. I had been looking to upgrade my old 93 Dodge 2500, ext cab, LB, 12v diesel with Boss V-plow. Kept my eye on the Lenz website for a couple years. I wanted a late model, low mileage, mega cab 3500 SRW with the gas motor, simply because my wife will be driving it occasionally and she didn't want to de...al with the diesel fuel, I was searching the site and Lenz had exactly what we wanted! It was the right color, 4k miles, Laramie, seats 6, plow prep, 5th wheel prep, 4:10 gears, loaded, ect. I pulled the trigger without even a second thought! I drove it home and immediately bought a new SS Snow Dogg VXF 95 plow and had it installed. My brother-in-law snapped up my old school Dodge! (Still love that truck). Everything worked out great! I knew what I was looking for, and found it at Lenz. Due to distance, weather conditions, and other commitments, I was delayed in personally inspecting the vehicle. During that time, Jake maintained regular, but not excessive, contact with me. Once we arrived at the dealership, the process went smoo...thly.
