My wife and I made the drive from Milwaukee to Lenz to test drive and look at a couple of Jeep Grand Cherokees. After meeting with Marty we tried two of them out. There wasn't any pressure and we decided to purchase one. The vehicle was in excellent shape, low miles and after he saw my trade, I rece...ived what I wanted for it. I was willing to spend a little more for the low miles compared to the one in Milwaukee. I would recommend them to anybody. Show more

I bought a used Ford F150 Raptor truck from Lenz Truck Center. The advantage is that they have good trucks and good prices. Unfortunately they absolutely do not give any discounts even on expensive trucks. Customer service would work better, often they didn’t answer to emails and sometimes it was ...hard to reach the salesman, when they already got payment for the truck. On the whole everything is fine with Lenz Truck center but not excellent. Show more

Find truck on line never went to the dealer never saw the truck before purchase. Found Paul and Sam to be excellent. They both answered all my questions and returned every phone call. Truck was delivered to my door and I was more then happy with the vehicle and the process. I was very cautious about... buying this way (internet) but in the end worked out very well and would do it again. Their price was extremely competitive. only problem i had was with the title but that was my States BMV In fact the dealer was spot on with their instructions. Show more

I was helped by Blaine, he was excellent to work with. When I arrived the truck was ready for me to test drive and as soon as I decided to buy Blaine sent my truck to get a once over detailing. I would recommend Lenz to any of my friends. The number of trucks to choose from is amazing.

I was searching for a quality late model truck for pulling my camper. After listening to Lenz somewhat annoying tv adds. We drove to Fondulac to look around at Lenz Trucks. I was very impressed with the selection of late model trucks. No matter what brand is your preference, they have it covered. Th...e purchase process was quick and easy. I did purchase a 2013, 2500HD Silverado. Jake in sales was very helpful in pointing out the selections he had to offer. Dave in finance was very honest, thorough and to the point about cost, financing and getting the best interest rate. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience. Show more

I recently purchased a 2013 one of a kind Chevrolet truck. Living 2,000 miles away was difficult as I could not personally see or drive the truck. There was no discount on the price, but I purchased it anyway. Using a private carrier to transport saved me $700.00 over the Lenz price. Although the sa...lesman told me that the tires were almost new, when the truck arrived you could see that they had approx. 5000 miles left on the tread. The truck was also filthy which the driver of the carrier company commented on. He did try to wipe it down, but you would think that Lenz Truck Center would have at least cleaned it prior to delivery. When I emailed the salesman about the tires and the fact that they hadn't even washed the truck, there was no response. Lenz trucking did get ahold of me after this review and apparently vehicles that are to be transported are not washed beforehand. I did change their rating upwards since I was unable to remove this post. I do appreciate their quick response back. Show more

I live near Detroit, I bought my truck remotely from Lenz. Ryan was very helpful in providing photos to verify answers to questions. When I arrived to pick up the truck, Lenz went out of their way to ensure everything was handled professionally, they even returned my rental car for me so I could dri...ve my new truck home.
