My sales rep Mike was very helpful and patient with me asking a lot of questions and listening to what my needs were for pulling my travel trailer and everyday use. There were a couple things missing in the truck or trouble areas that they corrected before I drove it off the lot. There is a stereo i...ssue that we worked out and I have to pay for but it was very reasonable through the dealer. I would for sure work with Mike Buhler again, if he's not there I may / may not buy there again. He was on a vacation after delivery of the truck and I had a couple questions and he called / answered emails when gone. For me, buying a vehicle is painful enough especially when buying a truck that I'm not familiar with and he spent plenty of time on the phone to answer and advise me not knowing if I was going to buy or not buy. My overall experience with Lenz was way better then any of the unknown amount of dealerships I drove past to get to Lenz truck Ryan knueppel was so far the best salesman I've ever done buisness with . He explained my trade in offer and purchase price of my truck Instead of doing the old number shuf...fle that seems to be a ordinary dealership only way to sell trucks or anything for that matter . I also appreciated the prompt communication and was never left on hold or jerked around waiting for answers . Show more

When my husband and I entered Lenz, we did not have any expectations. We had been to three other dealerships in our area, and test drove three trucks, but just did not get that "this is the one" feeling. Then I did some research on line and called Sam to inquire about a gently used Chevy. We knew it... was the type of truck we were looking for, but we would need to visit and take it for a drive. After the test drive we we knew, "it was the one", but it would still be contingent on the financing. Sam never pressured us or made it seem like he was just out to sell a truck. He was very personable and wanted to do his best to make sure this is what we wanted. That goes a long way in my book. After we decide to purchase, he introduced us to Nik, who worked his magic to get us to the payments we needed a month in order to take the truck home. I am so happy that we decided to go a little farther than our home town dealers, but Lenz did make us feel right at home. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to take the drive, just the customer service alone is well worth it. The great deals are just a bonus. I had never heard of Lenz Auto until I started searching on the internet for a 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I was a little nervous purchasing from them as I had read some not-so-good reviews, and I was buying the vehicle from Florida sight unseen. I had it shipped to Florida and it arrived in a...n enclosed trailer. The vehicle was just as presented in the video. It was perfect! I used an out-of-state lender and from the time I made the offer, got the funding, and had the vehicle shipped, it took about 2 weeks. The title did not arrive with the vehicle, but as soon as the lender???s check cleared, the title was overnighted to me. The vehicle arrived with a one-month Wisconsin paper license, giving me plenty of time to register the vehicle. The whole process went smoothly. Jake Roberts was my salesman, and he was perfect to work with. He was honest and was always available by cell phone and email to answer any questions, even on his day off. The only negative comments I have are 1) they wouldn???t work with the price and 2) Nik Tries wanted my social security number when he had no reason to have it, and he wanted me to show proof of insurance on the vehicle when he had no reason to see that either. I will definitely recommend Lenz and Jake to other purchasers and will consider buying from them in the future. Show more

The dealership posts very good descriptions of the trucks they have on the lot. I traveled 250 miles and was a little concerned that what I saw on the web was not what was at the dealership, I was wrong. The truck was in excellent shape and everything I thought it would be. Sam held the truck for me... so that I would have time to travel in see it.It was well worth the trip. Sales/finance staff were very helpful, I was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes of making my decision to purchase. Show more

We came in to Lenz to look at a 2013 Ford Escape that we were pretty sure was out of our price range. After Ryan sent us out for a test drive, we quickly started to fall in love with all the options that were installed on the vehicle. We absolutely loved being able to bring the vehicle back into t...heir warm shop for a thorough inspection on a cold winter night. After spending some time playing with all the fancy electronics, it was easy to justify spending a little more to get something we really liked. We left the dealership feeling well informed about this vehicle. After going home and comparing prices on similar vehicles online, we quickly found the price on the Lenz vehicle to be more than fair. The following day we called Ryan to work out the final details. After discussing some financing options we were able to drive away with a vehicle that exceeded our expectations and was within our price range. Really enjoyed working with Marty Krepsky. Very promt and professional. He had everything from the truck to the paperwork lined up and ready to go before we arrived at the dealership. Within one hour we veiwed, test drove and purchased the truck.
