I HAVE HAD GREAT SERVICE FOR PRICING AS MARTY DID NOT PLAY GAMES WITH PRICING, TOLD ME STRAIGHT UPTRADE IN VALUE AND PRICE OF MY 2012 SILVERADO.WE GOT THINGS DONE FAST WITH GREA...T SERVICE FROM ALL EMPLOYEES. Never Heard of Lenz Trucks before viewing them on the internet. To be very honest I read some not so friendly reviews and was very worried, even to the point that we set up a secondary appointment with another dealer just in case Lenz Truck felt "TRICKY". I have to say I cancelled the second appo...intment and bought a Ford Expedition from Lenz. Both Sam and Nic were great guys to work with. The process of buying a vehicle was very smooth and comfortable, I would definitely recommend this dealer ship to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. We had to travel 2-1/2 hours to get there but well worth it. Thanks guys for making me and my husband very happy customers. Jody and Dean Reilly Show more

They were all friendly and many of there employees asked if they could get me something to drink while i was waiting. The prices are great on the trucks and the service was fast. I will be back to get another truck from them.

I am very pleased with my purchase and buying experience at Lenz Truck Center. I had been looking for 4 weeks for exactly what I wanted. The pricing was very competitive The only down side is the short test drive we took. Since we were not from the area, we did not stray too far from the lot. We jus...t went around the block as instructed by the personnel. After purchasing the vehicle On the way home we realized the after-market exhaust was quite loud when climbing a gradual grade. We may have thought about it a little more had we known. Show more

We had a great experience at Lenz. There was a small problem with the gas tank sensor that was not brought to our attention when we bought the vehicle. It is not a major issue, but it would have been good to know ahead of time. Other than that, it was a great experience shopping with Lenz.

I will never spend more than 100 dollars online much less buy something like a vehicle online without test driving. That's what I use to say. A co-worker from Michigan told me to check out lenzauto.com online and look for a rare hard to find truck I wanted. So I did. I had the best car buying experi...ence ever in my life to date. I spoke with Brad Lenz via computer and he answered my questions and set us up with financing, when we arrived the trucks we were interested in were inside so we could look at them. Marty then handled our purchase and Dave the financing. Everything went very smoothly and we are very happy with our p...urchasae. I would recommend Lenz to anyone searching for a used vehicle.
