Overall experience was very good. Steve Svendsen was a pleasure to work with. I was also very impressed with Service Mgr Dan Bergin. Vehicle was everything and more than I expected from the pictures on the internet. Everyone was very professional and polite. Our sales representative, Steve, kne...w his product and took the time to answer all my questions. Make sure you know what your trade is worth. Great dealership with a huge selection of trucks. Anyone could find something they like. Prices are matched well for the truck that you are getting. Not going to steal it from them but you get the quality that you pay for. Everyone in the office is friendly and were willing to work with you to compl...ete financing once they helped you find something that you like. I had been snooping around for a Duramax 4 door pickup truck. Not really in need of buying, but then I found a 2008 Silverado Crew Cab with 11,900 miles on it. The video showed the one mark on the drivers side, and the video was very detailed. So, I took my one owner Suburban over to see if we co...uld make a trade that was equitable to all. I met Sam Pegram, who showed me the Silverado, and then too my Suburban into the shop, where Dan Bergin and crew looked it over. They really stepped up to meet my desired trade in amount. My Suburban was extremely well cared for, and that led to a great trade in experience. Nik Tries had all the documents filled out and ready to roll. It was very hard to let my first ever brand new truck go, but in the end, I couldn't let this beautiful low mileage Duramax go either. I did have one problem with the radiator fan on the way home. That is going to be taken care of this week. Thanks for a great experience guys. My friend who owns a local dealership couldnt come close to selling me what you did for the prices you gave me. Thanks a lot. Plus I drove about 120 miles to get there, so it was miles that were worth the drive. Show more

Our experiance at Lenz truck was not at all what we expected. It's been six years since our last vehicle purchase from our local dealer. But heard about Lenz truck, And decided to give them a try. They at Lenz, especially Mike Buhler and Nik Tries made all our last purchases at our home dealer look ...like a joke. These two guys were fantastic. They made it effortless with no pressure at all. We felt totally at ease. We were on our way to a family reunion in northern Wi. and stopped and looked at a truck. They allowed us to put some money down to hold the truck until we could stop back on our way home. When we arrived and purchased the truck, we were trading in our old truck. Which happened to be packed full from our trip. My Wife didn't want to unload from one truck to the other and then again when we got home. Mike allowed us to take our old truck home and come back the next day to pick up the new truck. That saved alot of extra work for us. We love the new truck, and without Mike working with us, who knows if we would of purchased it. So a big thank you to Mike and Nik for making this deal come together. Great dealership to do business with. Flew in from out of state, they had a driver waiting to pick me up at Milwaukee airport and they even stayed after closing to finish assisting in my sale. Vehicle was what was shown on the internet and price was very impressive.

We purchased a used 1 Ton Chevy truck this month. We told the salesperson that we did not want a vehicle that was in a fleet or used for business. Prior to purchase, the salesperson showed us the AutoCheck report on his computer, showing a rating of 94 and that the vehicle was not leased, part of a ...fleet or a rental, that it was a 1 owner vehicle, but that is all he knew. I asked how long the vehicle was on the Lenz lot, and he said he didn't know, that the information was "out there somewhere". The vehicle had an odometer reading of 11,300. After purchase, I asked for a printed copy of the Carfax and AutoCheck report. The VIN number was correct, but the reported mileage for the vehicle was 12,400 miles and it clearly stated it was a commercial vehicle, and the date Lenz acquired it. I reported it to Lenz, and they sent through an Application for Corrected Odometer, allegedly signed by the prior owner, but the signature was totally illegible. That has to go to the DMV , which is delaying the licensing process. The explanations for the discrepancy are either that the VIN number was wrong and the report was for a different vehicle, that the odometer was changed (though difficult today), or sloppy reporting on the part of the Auto Mart selling the vehicle, and Lenz buying the vehicle. I was never offered an apology, though I have spent time and worry getting the vehicle checked out by a Chevy dealer for problems I might not know about due to the discrepancies. Lenz is a volume dealer and they do have the best selection of vehicles on their lot than anyone else we could find, but volume also means the potential for problems. We would advise anyone looking at their vehicles to get a hard copy of the Carfax and Autocheck report before buying and look it over carefully. In other respects, our salesperson was definitely knowledgeable about trucks and pleasant. Show more
