I bought a 2012 F250 Crew Cab Lariate 4x4. Price was certainly competive. Vehicle was in very good condition as represented on their website. I worked with Craig Larson who was excellent. Highly recommend knowing the value of your trade and any needed repairs as they will pick it apart, of course th...at is standard for most dealers. Maybe consider paying cash and selling your vehicle. Their financing will be very difficult to beat, bring your best deal and let them show you what they can do. You will be happy I'm sure. Bought a car from them and they lied about the condition. The body color was two colors I purchased it online. It was bad enough that when I complained to my sales person that I would split the cost with them on having the car reprinted he asked management and they said no. They gave me a bogus 3 da...y return and when I wanted to return the car my third day was on a Sunday and they were not open.. They counted Sunday as my third day and wouldn't take the car back. DO NOT BUY FROM LENTZ they are liars. Period.. They will not stand behind what they tell you.. Show more

I saw a vehicle I was interested in on the Lenz website and contacted Craig Larson. Craig was able to set up an appointment for me to test drive the vehicle that same day. Clean operation, quick processing, no hassel. They had a very large selection of trucks which makes it easy to find exactly what you want. It is also hard to find used trcuks that fit your needs. Not at Lenz Auto!

I liked working with Mike buhler. He was a great man made sure I was treated right he sold me my jeep n keep helping out it wasn't just a sale to mike u could tell he takes care of the ppl he deals with. I would never ever go to any other sales person when buying my next vehicle as long as lenz truc...k has what I want. If ur oook to buy go to mike he dose take care of his ppl . We found a car on their website over a weekend. The following Monday we went to look at it and test drive. We were delighted with the car. Ryan Knueppel was great. Greeted us, put a dealer plate on the car, no questions ask. He told us to take it for a test drive and then come back. We then met wit...h Nick on the financing. With a bad credit score, Nick went to work and found us financing. Although we did not use the financing Nick found, it was refreshing to know that he took the time to find it for us. Next day went to purchase our new used car. The experience we great! NO PRESSURE!! I have heard great comments about Lenz and their staff in the past, but my personal experience confirms it. My future vehic.les will be bought at Lenz Truck. If anyone is looking, Lenz Truck Center is where I will refer them. Show more

Incredible service! Marty was very helpful with everything and never pushy as most salesmen are at other dealerships. Nik went above and beyond everything to get financing through and at an amazing rate. Definately recommend Lenz truck to anyone and I will be back for all my future truck purchases!

Internet shopper who ended up at Lenz website after finding vehicles I was looking for. Submitted my trade for on line appraisal knowing that this would generate a sales call but pleasantly surprised with nature of call from Sam - matter of fact, not pushy, but with subtle follow up. Visited the dea...lership and worked with Marty - again no hassle, not pushy, knowledgeable about inventory and vehicle features. No fuss test drive. Appraisal and negotiation of trade in was quick and fact based. Paperwork was handled quickly, again without any of the smoke and mirrors sometimes associated with these transactions. Very satisfied with whole process from start to finish and very happy with the vehicle which came well prepared and entirely as described on line. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.
