Excellent transaction. I like the no haggle guaranteed low price. One of the best websites I've seen for buying vehicles on line, great video work. Very professional, quick response from Mike. Craig worked very well with us over the phone prior to our vist at the dealership and while we test drove trucks. Craig had multiple trucks waiting for us before we arrived and was very willing to provide more trucks that we may have liked to test drive. We felt that the over all experience went v...ery well and it was a non pressuring experience and we would recommend the dealership to our friends and family. All in all a great experience! I recently worked with Steve and Nik to purchase a 2011 Dodge Durango. Normally, I would rather have a tooth pulled without anesthesia than purchase a vehicle. But this purchase experience - from my initial inquiry call to Steve to the final financing paperwork with Nik - was entirely different fr...om any I have experienced previously. The transaction was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally from beginning to end. Both Steve and Nik were friendly and professional throughout (even though I kept them well beyond closing time), without the typical high- pressure and deceptive sales approaches. I would highly recommend Lenz Truck center to anyone considering the purchase of a late model used truck or SUV. Show more

I made a cash purchase from Lenz. I worked with Brad for over three months as I got my money together. He was very professional and up front with the process and what trucks he had available. Lenz has the best selection in a 500 mile area. I never went to the dealership or saw the truck first hand. ...Lenz video was very clear and the details on the truck were very well spelled out. Brad also worked with me on my trade in (sight unseen) and made me a fair deal. If you are in the market for a truck, this place is hard to beat and the follow up is excellent. Ryan has been very helpfully and very polite. He has been very patient with me. I went to look at a truck on sat and came back a week later only to buy a different truck. He had my truck in the garage all ready to go and be even helped me with the remote start on a very cold and windy day. Ryan is a... good guy and highly recommended. I traveled 335 miles from Spring Lake, MI to purchase a used truck that I has only seen on their wed site; very scary! I arrived early and was confronted with a rent-a-car return issue; completely not related to Lenz Auto. Mike Buhler was in early and let me in and let me use his phone and assiste...d me in finding the right location to drop off the vehicle. Sam Pegram picked me up from the car rental location and brought me back to the dealership, brought my truck in for my inspection answering all of my questions and then processed my paper work along with Vanessa who was very friendly, making sure I had a fresh cup of coffee! Nik, the finance guy had me in and out in no time even with a glitch with the check my credit union sent me over with. (No, it didn't bounce) I was on my way with a $25.00 fuel card and huge sigh of relief. The used vehicle was clean and in very good shape for a used truck. The usual cosmetic blemishes were minimal. The truck runs great, the customer service was awesome and the price was very reasonable as compared with other dealerships I was considering. A drive to Lenz Auto is well worth it. Even if I had decided not to go with my original choice, I am confident I would have found another vehicle as they have a tremendous selection to choose from. Thanks again to the staff! Show more

We were a little leary making this huge purchase strictly online. The personnel at Lenz Auto were professional and extremely helpful in helping us know all we needed to know to be comfortable with our purchase of the 2010 Chevy Suburban LT. The truck is exactly as described by the sales staff in th...e online literature as well as the videos of the interior, exterior and undercarriage. The car has been extremely well cared for, and the folks at Lenz even changed the oil in it before shipping it the 500 miles to us. Because of the specific needs we had for an SUV (tow package, sun roof, remote engine start), it was important that we be able to extend our search to a wide radius. In our 31 years of buying cars, this was our smoothest transaction ever. We are so happy we encountered Lenz Auto & Truck Sales & Service! Show more

Dave Reilly was awesome! He was informative and helpful. I called at 10AM and was approved by noon. We got to dealership by 2 PM and were home by 5PM. This was the least stressful purchase of a vehicle we have ever had.
