Communicating with the employees at the dealership was very easy - starting with an online chat to answer initial questions. All of the employees were helpful and friendly. The vehicle was as described and was priced right. There was no high pressure to buy and no negotiating on price. The deale...rship had a nice children's area to keep kids busy while we discussed the vechicle. One negative note was that when we got the vechicle (shortly after we test drove it) the Auto Armor coating on the interior wasn't fully dry which was sort of messy. Show more

My wife and I took off to price some trucks, a friend told me about Lenz Truck Center, so we headed out to Fond du Lac. We started to go thru the parking looking at all the trucks but there was such a great selection we got mixed up. So we went to the office and told Brad what we wanted, soon we we...re test driving trucks, least then an hour we were driving a truck home. Happy that there were no pressure to buy. Show more

My ratings were pretty high because I had a really good overall experience. We drove a long way to get there and enjoyed looking at all the different vehicles for sale. I wish our trade ins brought a little more but am not complaining.

I had inquired into several SUV's that Lenz had on their internet site and had correspondence with Ryan K. about a couple that we were interested in test driving on a Sat. Ryan indicated he was getting married that day and forwarded on my inquiries and information to Mark who followed up with me to... make sure everything was in order. Our experience with Mark was very good, he was patient with us as we test drove at least 5 different SUV's, answered our questions, etc. We did end up purchasing a SUV from Mark and Lenz that day. Our overall experience was very good. Show more

Very good experience buying our new truck. We where treated fairly and the staff was nice. We looked at trucks more than an hour and a half away from our home and ended up buying one 20 minutes from us. Should have started and ended there. Overall great experience.

I am probably not your average truck buyer and have been ignored at other auto sales places when walking in and saying "I want to buy a truck! I have also walked OUT of those places. Thanks to Sam and all the friendly faces at Lenz I found & bought EXACTLY what I was looking for and with no hassel...! Show more
