Decided to look for a truck on a Friday afternoon. I filled out the pre-approval form online and got a phone call in about 10-15 mins from Dave. After talking to him for about 20 mins. I had an appointment made for the next day at 8:30 am. I drove an hour and a half and in about the sametime was d...riving off the lot with my "new" truck. Dave and Steve were very friendly and I never felt pressured. A week later the engine light came on and they immediately made an appointment and got my truck back in the shop and had it running smoothly in an hour! I would definately do business again and will tell everyone to shop at Lenz's first!! Show more

Lenz truck has shown to me that they are willing to do what it takes to take care of a customer, hard to find good service these days. I would not hesitate to deal with them again

We drove over five hours to and from the dealership to purchase our truck, and we would do it again! The response that we received from Steve when we inquired about the truck was prompt and accurate. When we arrived at the dealership we were welcomed and treated professionally. After we test drov...e our truck and met with Steve regarding our trade in, we were impressed with the competive pricing of our trade. We were then passed on to Dave, who was very knowledgable in his field and answered all of our questions about financing. We were in and out the door in a three hours, and headed back to MN with our new truck! From start to finish, this was the best truck buying experience we have had! Show more

I called Mark at 9:30am on tuesday morning,told him I was interested in a Ford explorer sport trac. I came in after work he greeted me with a smile and a handshake. Very polite! We talked about the truck and the finacncing and got a deal done the same day. His customer service was excellent explaine...d everything to the end. Answered all my questions! Mark new what he was doing! It was a great expirence when i come back some day i hope to deal with him again. He called me the next day to see how everything was working I liked that he did that. Mark was well prepared. The truck I was interested in was in the garage ready and waiting when I arrived from out of town. Mark was honest in his description of the vehicle before I had seen it myself. This was my smoothest vehicle purchase ever. Thanks!

The prices seemed to be very good i would say priced to sell on most vehicles and Mark was very easy to deal with the only thing i would say is that I didnt get a run through with the truck before I left explaining how things work on it and what not but overall it was great service and expierence an...d friendly people at Lenz I would recommend to anyone wanting a Diesel truck to look this place up as my cousin told me to do. My experience with Lenz was a great one. It was almost like being at work (military). They just sent you from station to station. Everyone had their own job to do which made it as painless as possible. I have a hard time trying to get a price cut whenever I look for vehicles, but you guys do not... "dicker" at all, so it makes it much easier. It is kind of nice to not have to worry about trying to get the lowest price. With that being said, I am not sure I would trade another vehicle in at your buisiness. Here is why; You give the lowest trade in value and then deduct anything wrong with the vehicle, therefore, because you do not budge on pricing, you could actually sell your vehicle at a much lower retail price and still get more than trade in value off the street. But overall, I would definitley buy another vehicle from you. Show more

Only issue I have is, how do you distribute Illinois plates and not have the capability to issue 'D' Truck plates when you are a truck dealer that sells many 3/4 and 1 ton trucks? This should be commonsense. Don't try to hand me a B plate when it isn't the right plate. Should have just given me t...he paperwork so I could get the plates in Illinois, like I ended up having to do anyway. Besides all that, everyone was friendly. Sam P. and Dave were both pretty cool. I would still buy a truck there again. Show more
