Only issue I have is, how do you distribute Illinois plates and not have the capability to issue 'D' Truck plates when you are a truck dealer that sells many 3/4 and 1 ton trucks? This should be commonsense. Don't try to hand me a B plate when it isn't the right plate. Should have just given me t...he paperwork so I could get the plates in Illinois, like I ended up having to do anyway. Besides all that, everyone was friendly. Sam P. and Dave were both pretty cool. i have had at least 8 trucks in my life and this by far the best experience mark went be on the call of duty great person to deal with wish him all the best i have to say i have the best looking hummer h2 in mchenry country thanks mark for everything glenn brauer

I really enjoyed my experience at Lenz Truck Center. This was my first experience with purchasing a vehicle from them and with the results so far it more than likely will not be my last.

this was the first time i had been to lenz truck center. the experience was good and i would recommend this company. The only issue I had was when we were setting up financing the guy could not get paperwork to print out for the extended warranty so he said he would send it to us and that we didn't ...need to worry because if the truck blew up on us on the way home we would still be covered because he had the information in the computer already. When we received the warranty paperwork it said that it would not be valid until 2/17/12 or 90 days after the purchase. I feel that we were told incorrect information. Other than that one issue everything else was very satisfactory. Show more

Lenz has by far the largest and highest quality selection of used trucks anywhere that I have seen. Financing was easy and salespeople were very kind and knowledgeable.

I would say my experience at Lenz Truck was over the top great as I purchased a vehicle only to later realize it didn't work for my family the next day.
