It was a great experience- super clean and nice facility. TONS of trucks to look at. The staff was friendly and honest- not pushy at all! I would buy there again.

Ann friendliness made us at ease buying a truck that we were only going to look at. She also help us get a good interest rate that was great. Which help us to be able to buy the truck that we had been looking for. We have told a few people that ask us about were we got our truck. Yes I would recomme...nd Ann Wirtz and your dealership. I sold my Ford Super Duty to Lenz last Spring after we sold our business. Sam Mulvaine treated me very fairly in that process, cut me a check on the spot for a fair wholesale price. I promised I'd be back to give them a shot when I was ready for another pickup. After researching literally every used... 1/2 ton in my price range within a 100 mile radius online, and burning gas and time driving around, I ended up back at Lenz. Once again, the process was quick,easy and most of all, there were no gimmicks, or bait and switch tactics. They gave me a fair price for my 2 trades, and arranged financing that was very competitive.Bill Patterson was quick to return my emails and calls,and they made every effort to accomodate my schedule. Nik arranged the financing and was able to go back to the lender and negotiate a better rate than my own bank. I have been in the sales business my entire adult life. This organization has an atmosphere that is relaxed and pressure free. I like to be able to look at vehicles without having sales people come flying out of the dealership and "pouncing" on me. At Lenz, they give you all the time and "space" you need to make an informed decision. I will definitely recommend them. UPDATE: I wrote the glowing review above based on my experience at the time of purchase.A few weeks after taking delivery I received a call from Nik Tries (actually about 20 phone calls and texts). My payoff was off by 290 dollars. Mind you, I was already eating over 2k at the trade in price offered.For some reason the payoff was not made right away, and more interest accrued. Because the truck needed tires (my cost for cheap ones would be over 600) I suggested we call it even, since my mechanic certainly would have pointed that out. Nik's profanity laced diatribe was not what I expected. I just got a statement from my bank. My old car is still sitting there with a lien on it. I hadn't heard a thing from them for over 2 months, so I thought it was resolved. Guess not. The other issue was Nik was not upfront that he would be throwing my credit report out there to about 20 lenders. I told him I already had financing, and he did get me a slightly better rate, but the significant hit to my credit score was not worth the half point. I like their inventory, but I think there is a bit of an arrogant attitude. I sent a customer of mine there who bought an Escalade, and now wish I hadn't. Show more

Ann was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Ann went out of her way to help us even weeks after the sale was done. This is a great place to do business. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Sam was great- no pressure, joking around, made you feel comfortable. And at the same time was very professional. He did his homework to make sure that we could fit the payments into our budget and communicated this well with the financial person. Will definitley come back!

Greated immediately and friendly upon entering the dealership. Promptly taken to the vehicle I was interested in, Mike had the keys in hand and I was off for a test drive within minutes. Was told about the history of the business and how they do business. Mike gave me the previous owners name so ...that I could contact him. Paperwork was explained thoroughly and the process was amazingly quick. Dave was also very friendly and saw me promptly. He explained everything to my understanding and was extremely efficient. The young lady at the front counter, I did not get her name, was also very effiecient in getting me my plates, stickers and registration. Overall, a positive experience! Show more

Lenz is an up front, fair and honest dealership that's in an industry known for gimmicks. They helped put me into the truck I've always wanted, and for that I would recommend that those shopping for a new/used truck stop in and give them a chance.
