Lenz is an up front, fair and honest dealership that's in an industry known for gimmicks. They helped put me into the truck I've always wanted, and for that I would recommend that those shopping for a new/used truck stop in and give them a chance.

The Internet price was the price. There was no negotiation which certainly takes some of the stress out of purchasing a used vehicle. We were able to research the vehicle and vehicle price on-line at home prior to the visit. At that point we had already commited to purchasing the vehicle assuming... it was as clean as the Internet video and pictures showed. Sam and Dave were friendly and professional to deal with. I would recommend Lenz Truck to a friend. Show more

bought a 05 cummins crew cab was an excelent buying experience gave ma a great price with some excelent extras also the entire staff was very friendly and helpful the waiting area was comfortable all in all a very pleasant buying experienc would recomend anyone to go to lenz

I went to Lenz Auto because I found the truck I thought I wanted on the internet. Driving to Fond du Lac I realized the dually I told them I wanted might be too large of a truck for me. When I told Mark that he never complained that he had already got it ready for me. I then test drove a F350 die...sel and purchased it and have been very pleased with it. Show more

Lenz Auto is great! We worked with a few other dealerships that jerked us around and wasted alot of time. Lenz was not like that at all. We told them what we wanted and they were very accommodating. Awesome customer service, very friendly and helpful. We were in and out with a new truck the same... night! No time wasted here. Great people, place, prices, and products. Thank you. Show more

Dealership was busy the day we went. Ann was good to work with, aggressive but not overly pushy. Selection was really good, drove 3 trucks and narrowed it down to those 3. Surprised about lack of negotiation, no haggling on the price which is positive. Price seemed fair but I didn't look around that... long to compare many dealerships. Finance was easy and quick which is much better than our previous experience with Ernie Von Schledorn on our Traverse. Overall, very good. I'd buy there again and recommend them. Only thing that would have made it better is if the pickup would have been filled with fuel before we left. Show more
