I worked with Dave Reilly several years ago, and although the vehicle we were working on was sold before we could close the deal, the service I received from Dave at the time brought me back when it was time to look again. From the outset, Dave was exceptionally helpful in obtaining financing that ...fit my budget, and working with the bank to get me approved. He went out of his way to answer every one of my endless questions, always with great patience. The service when I arrived was better than I could have expected-from Dave to Mike and (not sure if this is the right name/spelling) Shawn in the service area, I was treated as though I was there spending $100k. Everyone took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicles I was looking at, from checking out the underside of the vehicle down to rubbing out some small blemishes. The closure of the deal was flawless-there were also a couple of small issues that were discovered after I brought the vehicle home, which were taken care of with great speed and service. Everyone there does thier job like they own the company-great staff, great service, great vehicles. I will definitely be recommending your company to everyone I know. Thanks again! Requested info on vehicle not prepped for show but was provided photos anyway. recieved very fair trade-in allowance and respectable sale price. May have rushed thru the sale but not dealers fault as we were not from the area and were interested in taking vehicle home if deal could be made.

For a couple of months I had been looking for a used Silverado or Sierra 2500 HD. I had a special interest in a low milage 2005. After looking at what local dealers in my area had on there lots, I turned to the Internet. It didn't take very long to discover that Lenz Truck Center, in Fond Du Lac, h...ad the widest range of trucks to choose from. I monitored there website, and one morning I discovered that they were featuring a 2005 GMC Sierra 2500HD with low miles. I immediately called and hooked up with Ryan Knueppel. Since I was located 500 miles away, I had no idea how I was going to hold that truck until I could get to Fond Du Lac. Ryan was very helpful describing the truck, and explaining that I could secure the truck with a credit card. They would hold the truck until I could get there. Ryan explained that I was not obligated to buy that truck if it wasn't what I wanted. I arranged to get to Fond Du Lac the following week and made an appointment. After a 9 hour drive, I arrived in Fond Du Lac, the day before my appointment. It was 5:00 PM, but I decided that before I got a hotel room I would see if I could find the dealership and maybe get a peek at the truck. I discovered a lot full of literally hundreds of late model trucks. I went to the reception desk to inquire about "my truck". During my conversation with the receptionist, Ryan came out and greeted me. Inspite of being there a day early, Ryan, who had other customers, greeted me with enthusiasm and a warm smile. Within 15 minutes he had the truck at the front door, handed me the keys, and sent me off on a test drive. The truck was everything I had hoped for. When I returned from the test drive, I reviewed with Ryan some questions I had and a few minor issues with the truck. Ryan promptly answered all my questions, and arranged to have the truck detailed, and some minor interior issues repaired. So, "that peek" I had hoped for turned into a purchase that same evening. I checked into my hotel at 7:00 PM, the proud owner of a 2005 GMC Sierra 2500HD. I picked up the truck the next morning, and made the trip home a full day sooner than I had planned. There was no doubt when I saw the truck that I was going to buy it, but Ryan and the great facilities of Lenz made this purchase a great experience. We had a great experience at Lenz and recommend it to anyone. Lots to choose from and Mark and Nik were very friendly, quick and efficient. That's the way it should be. No wasting time. They got us in and out within an hour and that included test driving the truck. Thanks Mark and Nik!!!

I wanted to circle back with you on my experience at Lenz. We worked with Steve Svendsen on the purchase of a Ford Expedition EL from you on Tuesday, April 5. Steve was excellent and worked quickly and dilligently to facilitate our transaction. Your finance chief, I forget his name at the moment, wa...s very professional and excellent as well. There was no pressure, just professionalism. I appreciate this. My wife and I are extremely busy with demanding careers and 3 children. Our time is our most valuable asset and your team was terrific. We arrived at the dealership an hour before the close, with our 6 year-old boy; your team worked effectively and quickly to help us; even watching our son while we test drove two vehicles. We were out of the dealership in two hours; hooray. And, your staff stayed well past closing time to assist us. We will recommend your dealership in the future. The thing that stood out most to me was that they close a 3:00 PM on Saturday and I did not get there until 4:00 PM due to traffic. Everyone was still there working their asses off helping customers. I walked in after they close and the receptionist, who is very cute, did not even try to turn me awa...y. She gave a big smile and greeted me. Brad made me feel like I was his only appointment for the whole day. My only complaint is that while on the way home I tried to adjust my passenger mirror and it did not work properly. I really wished they had of mentioned that in the ad or sometime before I signed the paperwork. Show more

Unique experience. Bought a truck i didnt see or drive. Went there to see a truck and they sold it before i got there, but they had just bought another one in Vermont that same day, same model and color i really wanted. So overall, i was lucky and it all was well worth it.

I found the truck I ended up buying online at your website on a Thursday night and was very interested in finding out more about it. I contacted Lenz on Friday morning and was answered by Jay Smith. He was a pleasure to talk to and answered all the questions I had concerning the truck. He also physi...cally drove the truck, looked it all over and even sent me pictures of the one deep scratch that was on the truck. Coming almost 2,000 miles from Washington state I was nervous to be buying a truck sight unseen. When I got to Lenz auto group the truck was everything I was hoping it would be. Their were no surprises and everything was as described Jay handled all the paperwork fast and efficiently and I was on my way to a 34 hour trip back to Washington. Thank you for making everything so easy and for the beautiful truck! I will recommend Lenz to friends and family for future purchases! Show more

This was an internet sale. I am from Southwest Lower Michigan and needed to get a truck for my business right away. I looked in my area and was having trouble finding one, so I searched online. I found the one at Lenz and decided to give them a call. I was uneasy about buying a big ticket item that ...far from my area. I was very happy I did.
