Mike Buhler was one of the most honest and knowledgeable salesman I have ever dealt with. I'm glad it was him that replied to my email at 10pm at night as if it was the middle of the day. Lenz is lucky to have an employee like him.

I had had experience with Lenz a few years back when my daughter had bought a vehicle from them and felt confident that they would be able to satisfy my needs. Salesman was clear the price on the website was the bottom line. I hate negotiating on price. Made an appointment. They had the truck ready to go. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle. Dealer has an Amazing selection of used vehicles to choose from. I found a truck that fit my needs exactly at a fair price. Sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleasant experience overall. I love my new truck!

Being a busy small business owner who has to travel I needed a dealer that wouldn't jerk me around in the dealership for 5 hours, I found the truck i had a friend suggest lenz, So I contacted Steve, we had a few Email s I told him I was busy traveling and I wanted to get the financing pre approved, ...and we did, we went to look at a few of the the vehicles, like the one in and out in like 90 min with a test drive. There were a ton of Ford F-150s to choose from - with all the features we were looking for. We missed the opportunity to test drive on a Saturday, but easily scheduled an appointment online for a night during the week. Ryan was extremely helpful, without being pushy.
