I found the vehicle I wanted at Lenz Truck, and they hadit at a good price. I obtained my own financing with my bank as they could not beat the rate I could get with my bank. I was disappointed that I was not given copies of all the paperwork that I had signed on the day I bought & paid for the vehi...cle. I had to reach out to Tyler to get copies of the paperwork emailed to me two days later after I realized that I had left the dealership without any copies of the paperwork I had signed. I was also disappointed in the fact that when I asked if the posted sale price was the best price they could do with the sale, Tyler said 'let's see what the numbers show' but he never checked if he could lower the price nor did he say he could not offer it at any lower price. He only subtracted my down payment and then gave financing options based on that price. I feel he should have been upfront right away if he could not offer any price lower than the posted price. I still bought the vehicle but prefer to work with a salesperson that is upfront about if they can offer a lower price or not. If they cannot, that is fine but be up front about it, don't say 'let's see...........'. Show more

Brian was very good to work with.He certainly wants to make a sale and that's expected, but he is easy to contact with questions and was happy to accommodate our schedules to work out a deal on our truck purchase.

The entire process of purchasing a vehicle from LenzTruck to having it delivered out of state was seamless. Thanks Zach and Alex! I know exactly where to go when it's time to buy my husband a truck (in the near future).

The dealership itself was overall pretty good.It was clean and looked nice inside. Everyone that I met or saw got along with each other well.

Big inventory and variety of vehicles!You get there to test and drive the vehicle, they just give you the key and let you take a decision with out pressure at all,, once you take a decision, the purchase process is super fast,, they have everything ready for you to sign!!

Very good customer service.Happy with our purchase. Had some issues with paint scratches and dents and they did not hesitate to fix it.

At first, I was meant by young salesperson.Have to make an offer and having that rejected…. I left. I received a call short time later accepting the offer and the deal was made so far my 2022 GMC 2500 Denali is awesome.

Purchased my fourth truck from Lenz and as with my previous purchases, great process and good people! From the trade-in process to the final sale, smooth process. Paul was great and deserves five stars, even after a setback where someone purchased the vehicle I initially intend to purchase and agre...ed to pay $200 to have it delivered. Well, stuff happens and Paul and the staff worked diligently to help me find something I’d like. I also appreciate the unplanned conversation I had with mechanic before my test drive. Justin and the the rest of the Lenz truck center staff made it super easy to work with them. I had a truck in mind and Justin was able to answer any question I had without being pushy to buy it. The buying of the truck went very smoothly and it didn’t take long, as they had all the paper work read...y to go in a timely fashion.
