THANKS!! That's a huge thanks, because Mike is a one of a kind salesman. From the moment I stepped into the dealership after contacting him, till the moment I left with a new set of keys in my hand, Mike was professional and a NO xx kind of guy! I have purchased over 30 types of vehicles in my lif...e, and this hands down is the smoothest run operation I have ever had the joy of working with. By far the best dealership I’ve ever been too hands down!Very comfortable atmosphere and Mike made it fun, kept a smile on my face the whole time and makes you feel very welcomed, from previous experiences this was amazing and on top of that he works with you and does what is best for you. Wh...en I came in he wasn’t working with much, he figured it out and had me leaving with my truck that same day! Show more

The ABSOLUTE EASIEST dealership I've ever dealt with.I was absolutely impressed and amazed at how easy and relaxing my experience was there today. The whole staff are so nice. But my salesman Mike Buhler was amazing, extremely friendly, and made me feel very relaxed after my experience I had at Russ... Darrow Toyota in West Bend, WI. It was a horrible experience and I don't recommend Noone going to that dealership. If you want to buy a nice car without any run around please go to Lenz in Fondulac and see Mike Buhler. I will definitely be purchasing from him in the future. Show more

Mike Buhler made my experience buying a car so fast andeasy. He communicated with me from the start and was able to answer all of my questions. He is up front about the vehicle and let me make sure it was the right fit. I can’t thank Mike enough for his service and position attitude.
