After having an issue with my Sequoia I purchased fromthem, the salesman I worked with showed real remorse and is working with me to figure out a solution since my last review. At first I was concerned with their service, but after speaking with Mark Murray, I am confident in their customer service ...and how much they care, I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. My vehicle was delivered as promised.Paper work plates out the door in 30 minutes.Brian was professional and knowledgeable it was a refreshing experience. I bought lots of vehicles in the past 40 years and this was one of my best experiences at an auto dealership.

I had a very good Experience and went home with areliable Kia Sorento. I get to haul around my grandchildren and have a SUV. Great on gas on long trips also.

In March I decided to replace my 2013 F-150. After a thorough research of the various packages Ford offer, I decided to go with the F-150 Platinum. Unfortunately, there were very few available in my area (Minnesota) that fit what I was looking for - a 2021/2022 with under 20K miles, in a color that ...I like, and in mint condition. I decided to extend my search to out of state. As a result I did find several vehicles that fit my criteria. I talked to a few dealers and ultimately ended up contacting Brad Lenz of Lenz auto. He was able to acquire a 2021 F-150 Platinum, silver color, with 17,343 miles, that was in mint condition, at the price point I wanted. I was both excited and anxious. I had never done this kind of a vehicle transaction - out of state, with me not being able to physically check the vehicle out in person. Brad sent me all kinds of pictures of the vehicle, and accompanying information which gave me confidence that I was getting what I wanted. From there we negotiated a fair price for my old F-150 which I traded in. We also worked out the details of how to get the new truck from Fond Du Lac to Minnesota, and the old truck to Fond Du Lac. I made multiple attempts with local credit unions to acquire their best financing terms - Brad was able to beat the terms I found. I would highly recommend Brad! He's honest, very knowledgeable, will answer all your questions in a timely fashion and work with you every step of the way to get things done. When the truck showed up at the house I looked it over very carefully - it really is in mint condition! Looks like a new truck. Thanks Brad!! Show more
