Just got a used truck (18 GMC) from Brian Pahnke @lenztruck and they/he did a great job! Brian was up front and communicated everything I needed before we made the 3 hour drive from Indiana. The dealership has an awesome selection and great prices. I recommend them 100%

I had a 4.5 hour one-way trip to check out the vehicle and Brian was super helpful in expediting the process. I called the morning of, and was driving off in the new vehicle before closing time. It was very smooth and when I arrived he had everything in place. A fair price for the trade-in and a fai...r price for the purchase. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, would definitely buy another vehicle from them if given the opportunity. Show more

I found the vehicle I wanted at Lenz Truck, and they hadit at a good price. I obtained my own financing with my bank as they could not beat the rate I could get with my bank. I was disappointed that I was not given copies of all the paperwork that I had signed on the day I bought & paid for the vehi...cle. I had to reach out to Tyler to get copies of the paperwork emailed to me two days later after I realized that I had left the dealership without any copies of the paperwork I had signed. I was also disappointed in the fact that when I asked if the posted sale price was the best price they could do with the sale, Tyler said 'let's see what the numbers show' but he never checked if he could lower the price nor did he say he could not offer it at any lower price. He only subtracted my down payment and then gave financing options based on that price. I feel he should have been upfront right away if he could not offer any price lower than the posted price. I still bought the vehicle but prefer to work with a salesperson that is upfront about if they can offer a lower price or not. If they cannot, that is fine but be up front about it, don't say 'let's see...........'. Show more

My fiancé and I reached out to Lenz Auto to purchase anew family vehicle. We had our eyes set on a Cadillac Escalade and Mike Buhler was FANTASTIC. He was very friendly, patient and helpful. He made our purchase go so smoothly from the start! Thank you for your help, Mike!

Brian was very good to work with.He certainly wants to make a sale and that's expected, but he is easy to contact with questions and was happy to accommodate our schedules to work out a deal on our truck purchase.

I've never purchased a car online but found my dream carat Lenz. It's about a 12 hour drive for me so I has to rely on the sales person (Mark) to help me navigate the process. He was very patient and had great communication. I felt thoroughly comfortable after speaking to him. I made the purchase wi...th his and the finance guy (Alex) and they shipped my car two days later. I received it the same week as me signing the paperwork. Car was exactly as described and I love it. 5 stars for Lenz! Show more
