Went there more just to look but due to their cast selection, I ended up leaving with one. The first one I wanted was already sold and after listening to what I wanted the salesman found one that even better fit my needs. Steve the sales manager was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the trucks they sell and was respectful of my time. We closed the deal over the phone and when I picked up the vehicle I was in and out in about an hour. Started an online search for the vehicle I was looking for. I found it at Lenz, put in an inquiry and was contacted right away by Sam. He answered all my questions promptly and with out "hastle." They were patient with me while I was dealing with the sale of my own truck. I never felt any pressure o...r push to move on the vehicle. I was able to get most everything ready before I arrived so once I did get there I was able to spend my time looking the vehicle over and driving it. My only conplaint is that of most dealers in that they rarely budge on price however I am happy with the price I payed and was able to negotiate in other ways. Very pleased with my over all experience with Lenz Auto. They were very knowledgable of their vehicles. Made everything go quickly and efficiently. Sales people were very polite and friendly. Upon cleaning my vehicle for me to take home, Brandon Floerke noticed my windshield had a chip in it. ...He immediately sent it back to service to get repaired. They couldn't repair it, so said they would replace it. I was very surprised and pleased with that type of service from Lenz Auto.
