The staff was very friendly and accommodating taking careof my issues. Front desk girls were very personable and attentive. This was the first time buying a car online.Lenz Truck made the process seamless. The car was in the condition as promised. No surprises. They sent the car immediately after getting the funds the car was in our home within 24 hours of the transaction. We live over 800 miles from the dealership! Wou...ld strongly recommend them.
