Last year we bought a 2019 low mileage used Camry through Lenz Auto. Skip Parent was our salesperson. Skip was easy to work with. We live in Green Bay, so it was a bit of a drive, but, worth it. The Internet price was no haggle and a great price on the car. We knew what we were buying and the c...ar has been great. Lenz had the car cleaned up nicely when we picked it up. We enjoyed the seamless experience with Lenz and Skip. We would definitely shop with them again. Show more

Mike was fantastic in helping me find and purchase my 2018 Ram Outdoorsman. He was straightforward with everything and made the purchase easy. He got me the best deal I could ask for and made the process easy without the pressure expected from most auto salesman. Corey Garfoot made everything about purchasing my truck the best experience by far I’ve ever had buying any vehicle. I was able to select the truck I wanted, he provided fair trade in value of my current truck and we negotiated the entire a via text. I had been searching for a truck for a little while and had been to several places in IL. I had terrible experiences at a few places. I found Lenz online and decided to visit. They were very helpful and courteous the entire time. They only showed me trucks I actually wanted and were also helpful in ...getting one at the monthly payment I wanted. Haven't bought from Lenz Truck... YET! But they have definitely earned my next purchase. I havent bought a vehicle since 2013 and was not aware of all the new resources out there in modern day technology. Mr. Buhler invested his time, energy, effort, patience, and knowledgeability to not just answer... my questions, but also HELPED ME UNDERSTAND THE CURRENT MARKET WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE!! He was direct, to the point, and didnt beat around the bush once. No number games! No, "Sorry... we sold the truck already, here is 1 half of what you were wanting.." drama. Been shopping for a particular truck from New Mexico to Wisconsin to Virginia, and I get the the same run arounds. I will just wait for Lenz. They know the business and are more invested in customer service than a sell. Thank you Mr. Buhler, I look forward to your phone call! Show more

Bought my truck 1 yr 8 months ago. Not only did I get a great price I found that they truly stand behind everything they do. This is the most honest, helpful, loyal (the list goes on and on) business I work with. The service department is professional, honest and fair! I live in milwaukee and have ...numerous places to go to closer to me and do not blink an eye to make the 60 mile trip for exceptional service. If you are looking for the complete package from purchase to maintenance this is the only place I would ever recommend. Cant say enough good things! Show more

I bought my last truck from here. 10 years, 1 week later I came back. The trucks are priced to what they are worth, they don't play the games other dealers do. Devon was a great salesman, I couldn't tell you who I dealt with 10 years ago but both times I had the same experience. I was able to test d...rive the truck alone, was left alone to inspect the vehicle the way I wanted to but the salesman was there when I had a question. I returned to Lenz for a reason and wasn't disappointed. Show more
