Baldemar recently handled an issue with my rear defrost not working. He got it fixed up within a couple days, much faster than expected. The whole transaction was easy and painless, and done in a timely manner. Thanks for getting me taken care of!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Lenz. Justin was my salesman in this instance and answered every question. He had everything basically ready to go upon my arrival. Dave in finance does a great job and is a pleasure to work with. To this point I have no complaints with them. My previ...ous truck ran flawlessly and am expecting the same in the new Jeep. Highly recommended. My only suggestion would be a better job of detailing a vehicle before sale. Show more

I bought a vehicle from Charlotte at Lenz Truck and from the 1st time I time I spoke with her she was working for me and was very attentive to everything I ask of her. She answered most all of my calls and the very few she wasn't available that I left a voicemail for she called back promptly. Answ...ered all my question honestly. Also I live out of state. From the moment you are greeted by the smiling faces at the reception counter, to the moment you take delivery, we were made to feel at home and like we had been customers for years. There was zero pressure, tons of patience, eagerness to help, and a small town standard of doing things the right way.... This was my 4th vehicle purchase this year and it was by far the best experience. I will absolutely give first crack with Lenz in all future dealings. bout a gmc canyon. compared to others out there this was the best deal i thought. Communicate regularly and clearly and kept in touch as I waited to see if I could find something with a better price. I just bought a Ford F-150 from Lenz auto. They had exactly what I wanted at a fair price. The other thing I really enjoyed was that I was in and out in less than an hour. Everything was prepared well. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
