The whole process with Lenz was excellent and there was no messing around at buying time. They had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Numbers were discussed and those were met with out any back and forth.

There is no pressure and we were able to take our time on a test drive and looking around and deciding what we wanted to do. I recently traded pickups at Lenz Auto. I searched online for a used Ram truck and was having a hard time finding one in the color I was looking for and the right equipment , so I expanded my search area and found just what I was looking for at Lenz Auto. I talked with Paul Parent (salesman) and we ...went over the details about the truck. After I described my truck and sent a few photos we agreed on a fair price and I planned a road trip to Fond du lac, Wisconsin. We had a hard time getting to the dealership, due to construction, Paul offered to come show us how to gain access to the dealership.The truck was ready to go and we liked the looks of it so we went in and finished up the paperwork.
