My inquiry to LENZ truck center was in regards to a newly listed 2020 GMC AT4HD diesel that was listed for sale. I was almost instantly contacted back by a representative named Devon Strebe. Devon provided any/all information requested faster than any other sales rep. ive dealt with. There was nothi...ng less than full disclosure on the vehicle i would be traveling 5+ hrs. to purchase. I showed up 10 minutes before the showroom floor formally opened, was greeted at the door by Devon and finished signing papers with financing in under 25 minutes. The legwork that was completed before i showed up was apparent and should be recognized as nothing less then phenomenal. If you are interested in a clean cut, best price available, outstanding customer service and attention to detail....i recommend you reach our to Devon to assist in buying your new vehicle! Show more

Found a great, clean, and favorably priced car on their website. Dylan was a rock star sales person that made the process quick and painless I drove up 3 hours from IL as they had the cleanest/most aggressively priced model that I was looking for (among many around Chicago). I was in and out in 45 ...mins with financing! 5 stars!! Show more

Steve Svendsen and Scott Williams know customer service ! My used 2007 Frontier purchased in December, 2019 had some minor issues after purchase. All problems were taken care of AND a loaner car provided to me. Everything has been perfect since them. Thank-you Lenz Truck !!

I bought a used Chevy Tahoe from Lenz this week. Excellent dealer to work with. Very efficient operation. I found the truck on their website. I drove to the store, took a test drive, was approved for financing, and signed the paperwork all in less than 90 minutes. Zach was my sales consultant, a...nd he is a straight shooter all the way. No-haggle pricing, and, so I wouldn't have to make a second trip up there, they delivered the truck to my house in Wind Lake at no charge. The two fellows that delivered the truck were very friendly and right on time. Show more

We worked with Justin Werdin to purchase our 2019 F250 Platinum and it was a great experience! I communicated with Justin the night before about the specific truck we were looking at and he had it waiting inside for us when we arrived the next morning. Justin was very respectful throughout the whole... process and we were in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half.
