I truly had the best vehicle purchasing experience at Lenz Truck! For starters, their team was easy to reach and happy to assist me in my search. I worked closely with Skip Parent and found him to be very helpful and attentive to my needs. I went into to the whole experience not quite knowing what I... wanted and with his advice, I test drove a few great vehicles and ended up purchasing a vehicle that I am proud and excited to own! Lenz Truck has an inviting waiting space and the flavored coffee and doughnuts were a welcomed touch to the car buying experience. I appreciated Skip's knowledge and willingness to assist with all of my questions before, during and after purchase. Navigating the car buying experience can seem daunting and intimating, but Skip made me feel at ease with his 'no-pressure' approach and friendly demeanor. I felt like he genuinely wanted to find me a car that fit my needs and wasn't just looking for another sale. The car I ended up purchasing was immaculate, in top-notch condition and given the reputation Lenz Truck is known for, I knew I was buying a quality vehicle that had been thoroughly inspected. I will continue to recommend Lenz Truck and Skip Parent to my family and friends. From the start of my internet search, to when I set foot in the door, up until I drove away in my new vehicle the whole team was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The entirety of my experience at Lenz as managed by Skip Parent was amply satisfactory and enjoyable. I wanted a vehicle of specific parameters including retention of value, which is a pretty high order in the world of auto sales, and Skip put me in exactly that. Furthermore, upon hearing of my inte...rest in selling my vehicle, he reached out to me and guided me through the whole daunting process. Even when I decided to sell my vehicle at another dealership due to convenience of location and execution, he continued to give me guidance and sound advice and even root for my success. Additionally he informed me of about 100$ I was entitled to after the sale via a gap insurance policy I had on my truck. Can’t say enough nice things. I took my vehicle in due to a mysterious leak and smoke from under the hood. Jim in service took excellent care of me, fully inspecting my vehicle, fixing the leak, and letting me know what other things I may want to get fixed soon. I had a great experience there!

We worked with Justin from fond-dulac we were a little hesitant about do it online but the process was very simple even though I asked a million questions he was very professional We also worked with Scott from Minocqua and he was also very professional,I would recommend Lenz auto very highly
