My experience at Lenz was awesome. Zach Vander Grinten was polite, professional and very thorough. Brandon Schneider from finance made the finishing process painless. My buying experience was quick and easy. I love my Ford Edge!

Great experience - Defiantly the easiest, no pressure sale of a truck I have ever bought. Sam answered all questions very quickly. Sam also drove the truck to the other dealership saving me 3 hours of driving one way - NO CHARGE!!. I would defiantly recommend Lenz Auto to friends and family.

I truly had the best vehicle purchasing experience at Lenz Truck! For starters, their team was easy to reach and happy to assist me in my search. I worked closely with Skip Parent and found him to be very helpful and attentive to my needs. I went into to the whole experience not quite knowing what I... wanted and with his advice, I test drove a few great vehicles and ended up purchasing a vehicle that I am proud and excited to own! Lenz Truck has an inviting waiting space and the flavored coffee and doughnuts were a welcomed touch to the car buying experience. I appreciated Skip's knowledge and willingness to assist with all of my questions before, during and after purchase. Navigating the car buying experience can seem daunting and intimating, but Skip made me feel at ease with his 'no-pressure' approach and friendly demeanor. I felt like he genuinely wanted to find me a car that fit my needs and wasn't just looking for another sale. The car I ended up purchasing was immaculate, in top-notch condition and given the reputation Lenz Truck is known for, I knew I was buying a quality vehicle that had been thoroughly inspected. I will continue to recommend Lenz Truck and Skip Parent to my family and friends. From the start of my internet search, to when I set foot in the door, up until I drove away in my new vehicle the whole team was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The entirety of my experience at Lenz as managed by Skip Parent was amply satisfactory and enjoyable. I wanted a vehicle of specific parameters including retention of value, which is a pretty high order in the world of auto sales, and Skip put me in exactly that. Furthermore, upon hearing of my inte...rest in selling my vehicle, he reached out to me and guided me through the whole daunting process. Even when I decided to sell my vehicle at another dealership due to convenience of location and execution, he continued to give me guidance and sound advice and even root for my success. Additionally he informed me of about 100$ I was entitled to after the sale via a gap insurance policy I had on my truck. Can’t say enough nice things. You won’t find this kind of customer care outside of small towns in Wisconsin :) Show more
