From the time I inquired about a truck on line to the emails and phone calls with Lenz staff everything was quick, professional, and to the point. No gimics or harassing phone calls just straight up answering of question I had asked. The trade in quote was easy and a fair price, the test drive was... on my own so I could take my time and really go through the truck. I had a 4 hour drive to get to Lenz and it was well worth it. Highly recommend. Show more

Found a GMC online called to check availability but it had sold. Corey was good enough to check inventory and found another that was almost an exact match. He was also good enough to let me put down a deposit to hold it for me. Corey and Dave mad the whole trade in / buying experience enjoyable. Ver...y efficient and knowledgeable! I am from the central Michigan area and was looking for a very specific truck, l found it here just listed so I did not want to waste any time to look at it, as I had located one here in Michigan and it sold a day before I got there. Zach was on it from the get go , great communication, even on his ...day off he worked to make sure this truck was ready for me to look at, followed through with everything he said he would do, and I really like the friendly no pressure approach. Purchased the truck and within a half an hour was back on the road, as he knew I was on a time schedule. I am very happy with the truck, and my experience here ! Show more

5 stars I have read some of the negative reviews and i'm not sure why they even have any?? I was able to walk the lot and look at everything with no pressure felt. I traded in and got a decent price! I wanted a truck that was at their other lot up north. They trucked it down and i was able to test d...rive and inspect. Truck was just what i wanted and i love it!! But the best part of the experience is the customer service!! I worked with Justin and he was outstanding!! Great atmosphere too!! I will be buying the wifes next vehicle there!! I highly recommend!! i departed from my last dealer "Bergstrom" their service department ruined it for me! Thanks Justin and lenz auto for such a great experience!! Looking forward to continue working with you all!!! Show more
