Reasonably priced, great selections. Truck I wanted needed fresher tires on the front. They put brand new tires on the front...I thought they'd put fresher not new! Smooth process. Thanks love my truck!

Prior to purchasing my truck from Lenz, I had been shopping around for months, looking at just about every dealership in Wisconsin and I kept finding myself going back to the Lenz webpage. If you are in the market for a truck, especially a heavy duty truck, look no further than Lenz. The vast sele...ction of trucks to choose from simply can’t be beat. The entire buying process was extremely easy as well. I contacted Skip Parent about a specific truck and he was quick to respond to my inquiry. Skip was upfront with me during the entire process and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the truck. The entire process, from the time that I walked through the front door to when I was driving off the lot in my new truck, took about 45 minutes (20 minutes of that time was spent test driving the truck). I had my own non-dealer financing established, so I can’t speak much in regards to the Financing team at Lenz. However, my limited encounter with Dave Reilly to finalize all of the documentation was pleasant. Dave was very informative and I wasn’t pressured into purchasing anything more than I wanted. Skip and Dave, thank you for making the buying process easy and enjoyable. I will recommend Lenz to anyone I know that is in the market for a used truck. Show more

I purchased a used 2013 Chevrolet from Lenz Trucks in LaCross on May 31st 2018 and worked with Mike Buhler. I will start by saying my overall experience was absolutely exceptional. I live in Mukwonago which is a hour and a half drive for me to get to the dealership. That made physically being able t...o walk the lot to look at trucks frequently very difficult so I relied heavily on the Lenze website to make some decisions and ultimately purchase my truck sight unseen, which sounds crazy with a major purchase like this but the website, the pictures and the video they had on the truck I was eyeing told me 70% of what I wanted to know. The fact that the truck was also another 3 hours away from the Lacrosse dealership in Minocqua made me even more nervous. However after driving up to LaCross and talking face to face with Mike and explaining my situation and what I was looking for he gave me honest, straight answers which being a retired Marine is something that I expect. I never once got the typical used car salesman pitch and surely never felt pressured. Mike was great and we actually had a connection being I???m a veteran and his son is also so I feel he went the extra mile to help me and not his pocketbook. After many back and forths on the phone I trusted the man enough to put my down payment on the truck I never saw. The process was fast and painless with very little to do on my end besides give Mike a few numbers to crunch and wait for the bank. After a couple hours he called me to tell me everything went great and I got financing at about half of what I expected. So I gave the thumbs up to have the truck delivered from Minocqua to LaCross the next morning. The following afternoon I got to the dealership and Mike had everything lined up and I just had to look at the truck I???ve only seen pictures of up to this point. 10 minutes later the papers were signed and I was headed home with a new shiny gorgeous truck and a full tank of gas to boot. I can???t say enough how smoothly this transaction went and how straight forward Mike and Lenze staff were. They just earned a lifetime customer and I???ll recommend my family and friends to go to Mike Buhler at Lenze Truck anytime I have the chance to!! What a great truck buying experience. Not a lot of haggling and salesperson, Paul Parent, did not play the "I have to run it by my manager" game over and over. Price was great for my almost new 2017 GMC Sierra Denali. Let's be honest they are in business to sell trucks but price and quality is gre...at. No high pressure and finance mgr. Dave Reilly was great too. They handled all the out of state paperwork seamlessly. Quickest I have ever purchased a vehicle. With their great selection of ???like new??? vehicles, our sales person was able to pull out a great GM product and a great Ford product; either one we would have been happy with. We were able compare all the features side by side. It helped u...s come to a quick decision and move ahead with the purchase. By far the best experience I've had buying a vehicle! We got a great price on a beautiful truck, and Brian and his staff are all so super friendly we felt like we made new friends in the process. And the selection! Lenz is definitely the place to go for your next truck!
