What a great truck buying experience. Not a lot of haggling and salesperson, Paul Parent, did not play the "I have to run it by my manager" game over and over. Price was great for my almost new 2017 GMC Sierra Denali. Let's be honest they are in business to sell trucks but price and quality is gre...at. No high pressure and finance mgr. Dave Reilly was great too. They handled all the out of state paperwork seamlessly. Quickest I have ever purchased a vehicle. Drove from Illinois and purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra Denali and couldn't be happier. Paul Parent was a pleasure to deal with and not high pressure. Finance Manager Dave Reilly great too. Fastest vehicle buying experience I've ever had. No going back and forth "to my manager" games. They handled a...ll the out of state paper work seamlessly. Let's face it they are in business to sell vehicles but I felt I could have walked away without a problem. Great place, great selection, great employees. Would recommend. Show more

We had the pleasure of working with Dylan Schneider and he did a fantastic job. Service is fast and the deal we got was a great value for the truck we purchased. Would have liked them to throw in a spray in bedliner to sweeten the deal but they are pretty firm on their pricing which is very fair.

My wife and I had purchased a vehicle from another dealership 6 months earlier which did not meet our needs thanks to that salesperson not being honest with us. The SUV we had purchased did not meet our needs. We stopped in to check out the New Lens dealership in our community (Minocqua) and explain...ed our situation to the sales person Steve S. He very professionally listened to our situation. We were not sure what to do. We were not sure what to do or what we wanted/needed. Steve explained they handled all makes of vehicle. He very patiently explained our different options, features, and differences between makes. We narrowed down the price, features, and type of vehicle we wanted. We loved being able to test drive all of the different name brands within our perameters and compare them side be side. We found the ???perfect??? vehicle! Are you tired of spending all day purchasing a vehicle?? Steve had us figured out, gave us a fair trade, test drove 5 vehicles, financing approved, and driving away in our new vehicle in a matter of a few hours!! Thank you Lenz trucks and their staff!!
