Spring of 2017 I started searching for a new Silverado. After much searching I found LENZ to have the best selection of vehicles, excellent online details, (thank you for posting a picture of the RPO codes) great communication and fair pricing. I purchased a 2015 Silverado High Country from LENZ a...nd was extremely satisfied with their customer service. I made the 1500 mile trip from Colorado to Lenz Truck center in Fond du Lac Wisconsin. They had the perfect truck at a great price...but of course I was nervous about making a flight without seeing the truck. My experience in speaking with Zach over the phone from Colorado put me at ease and I boo...ked my flight. The team at Lenz picked me up from Green Bay and drove me down about an hour to the dealership. After a flight delay and a random brake issue on the truck during final testing before I arrived, it was too late to see the truck that evening but again Lenz stepped up and put me up in a hotel for the evening! The truck was even better than described and the service was exemplary. I was in and out in a matter of about an hour and was shortly thereafter driving my new Ford F150 back to Colorado. Both Dave Bergin and Zach VanderGrinten made this truck buying experience an absolutely pleasure and man...what a truck!!! Show more

I noticed a vehicle sitting in the front row along Military that looked like it might fit my needs. Decided to pull in. a little reluctant as so many times when you pull onto a dealer lot during business hours, well I have had salesmen follow me around a lot as I am driving through. Also had them st...ep in front of my vehicle. Not so at Lenz. I walked up to the front desk and was politely greeted and connected with a salesman. The process of evaluating my trade and going over the vehicle I was looking for was smooth a professional. We worked out a fair price for both and the contract signed. The salesman Brandon was not very old but knew every answer and put it all together. He knows his business and would certainly check in with him if I'm looking again. Steve did a good job having the vehicles available for us to test drive and answering our questions. We bought a vehicle that day. When we got it home we realized the remote for the entertainment system wasn't working. I called Steve the next day and the parts department worked with me to order a ne...w one. Two day later it was delivered to our house. It's nice to work with people that follow through on what they say. Show more
