This is was my first time purchasing a vehicle through Lenz Auto and it won't be my last. I worked with Steve out of their Minocqua location and he made the whole experience stress free. We traded in for a specific truck, which we had been looking for. Both the trade-in price and purchase price w...ere fair. It was also nice that Lenz Auto was on our bank's preferred dealer list. My experience started on the Lens website. My Lenz had spent a ton of money on this website. Next step was to go to the dealership. Again, they are very nice. But my experience was capped by a salesman by the name of Brandon Schneider. He was pleasant, friendly, had a good working knowledge of the t...ruck I wanted, had a great sense of humor, and sped me they the buying process with no pressure. Dylan Schneider and Sam Pegram were excellent to work with and very accommodating to get the exact truck I was looking for at a fair price . Loving my 2017 F250 and it even has the new truck smell with a cheaper price tag than new .

The best around - hands down. On my 4th truck from them. I had a warranty claim at Ford dealership that was denied. Called up Lenz and informed them of the problem. 2 hours later the dealer responds back “truck is done and covered by warranty”. These guys are awesome. Trustworthy. Pleasure dealing with Dylan Schneider on my first truck buying experience. Able to cut to the chase through a brief face-to-face meeting, follow-up calls, emails, texts. Straight forward approach - no getting bounced around from salesperson, to sales manager, to finance manager, with changing prices..., as experienced with other big dealerships. Great service but not at all pushy. Everyone was very helpful and prompt with getting back to us will any and all questions. Everything went smoothly once we decided to purchase. I would definitely recommend buying from Lenz! And did I mention the great deal we got?!
