We bought a 2016 F150 from Zach at Lenz in FDL. His service was top notch. I highly recommend asking for him and dealing with the Lenz dealership. My wife and I will definitely be buying more vehicles in the future from them. On a side note we found a broken AC Outlet in our truck a few weeks after ...purchase, and this was covered at no charge! There are zero doubts in our mind that this is the best dealership around. Great service but not at all pushy. Everyone was very helpful and prompt with getting back to us will any and all questions. Everything went smoothly once we decided to purchase. I would definitely recommend buying from Lenz! And did I mention the great deal we got?!

I looked at the truck I was interested in on-line and luckily Mike called me back. I made the 2 hours drive and was not disappointed. I have been looking for a very specific truck and Lenz had what I was looking for. When I walked into Mike's office, I felt like was reconnecting with an old friend.... He handed me the keys to the truck and told me to take my time. I had numbers in mind when I walked into Mike's office and he did a good job of explaining the different options that were available to me. I never felt like I was just another buck! He wanted to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. I would recommend Mike and the dealership to anyone. My experience was the epitome of no-hassle. I plan to have several accessories added to my truck and have looked around at pricing. Lenz has the best price and I know that if I call Mike, he'll make sure that I'm taken care of. Bought my second GMC truck from Paul Parent at Lenz Truck in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Both times, I did everything online, signed contracts via email, and chatted with Paul over the phone – and I bought both trucks sight unseen. Paul had my trucks ready for me and I was out their door in under an h...our. They were in the exact shape that Paul had described them on the phone (like brand new). Trade-in was super simple, too; got the price I was expecting. Doesn't surprise me why these guys sell so many trucks all over North America. Drove 5.5 hours to trade. Worked with Dylan and Dave buying a '16 Lariat, and true to their word/ price we had worked out over the phone, No hidden fees or cost. Recently I purchased a 2016 F-150 with 12,500 miles form Lenz. I had been looking online for a few months. This truck had all the features I was looking for, 3.5 Ecoboost, bucket seats, all the bells and whistles, etc. I picked Zach off their site and dealt with him. He was great to deal with. ...We agreed on a number out the door as I was trading in a 2014 with 37,000 miles. I test drove it on the previous Saturday and told him I wanted to think about it a few days. We talked mid week and agreed on a deal. I came in the following Saturday, did the paperwork with Brad Lenz who was a lot nicer than I pictured in my brain for some reason. I think all the adds, lol. Some young gentlemen switched my plates while we did the paperwork and I was out the door in 30 minutes. They did give me more for my trade-in than 2 other dealers had offered and their price on the new one was as low as I could find. So, I guess I felt like I was treated fairly. Let's face it, all vehicles are expensive, dealers have to make a living, you just don't want to feel like you were treated unfairly. I'm sure I will buy my next vehicle from Lenz.
