Zach and team were great - purchased many cars through many dealers in the past and this was easily the best experience we've had. They're up front and honest from the get go, and are willing to help out with anything. They don't sweat the small stuff and were the first dealership we've ever seen ...that was cordial and polite through the whole process. Even taking accountability and being honest about the little things that didn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. Just bought a 2017 F150 Platinum from Brandon. Gave me a great price for my trade in, much better than Holiday Auto offered. Whole process was quick and easy, and when the tonneau cover that came with the truck was not functioning they let me pick the one I really wanted and they had it in and ins...talled the next day when I picked it up. Great inventory, willing to work with you as a customer and no pressure from the sales side as well. I would buy from Brandon again. This is the third truck we’ve purchased from Lenz. Show more

I recently had some work done on my 2017 Chevrolet Suburban. I don’t think I’ve ever had an easier experience with people who are more polite and courteous then I did at Lenz. Both Justin, the sales manager, and Jim in the service department were extremely accommodating and easy to work with.... The price for the work was very reasonable, the process was easy, and the turnaround was quick. If you have not been to Lenz I think you will also be very surprised by the number of vehicles they have available for sale. I live 40+ miles away but it’s hard imagining going anywhere else to purchase a SUV or truck, or even have it serviced for that matter. Thank you Lenz! Show more
